You see people at your bank and you just want tap them on the shoulder and ask them what on Earth is wrong with them. I really think that there must be something missing in their lives to make them do that. Maybe some 80s people don''t lead very glamorous lives, so that could be the only occasion they have to go all out. Here in the Garment district, people regularly outdo idea Halloween with their outfits every day.
